How can I order and make payment?

 

You can order through our online store, by phone or email.

If orders are placed through the online store, payments can be made through our online store with a credit card or EFT. If orders are placed by phone or email, we will send you an invoice, and payment can be made by EFT. Check out our payment options HERE.

 

How is the order sent to me?

 

The order is sent to you via courier or post, depending on the size and destination. Any damaged goods can be returned within 7 days with a full refund. 

Our warehouse is based in Cape Town. Delivery in and around Cape Town generally will take 2 to 3 days, and you will be contacted when you place the order for a delivery time. Anywhere else in the country, delivery will take up to seven working days dependent on the destination. We use a reputable courier service to deliver direct to your home or business.

 

 

Can I have an order delivered as a gift?

 

Yes. Please contact us by phone or email and we can arrange this on your behalf at no extra cost to you.

Can I return the goods?

Yes, we offer a free return policy up to 7 days from delivery, no questions asked. Products returned in good condition will receive a full credit less courier costs.
